On any purchase your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. This means that if you are unhappy with your item for any reason you may return it for a full refund as a Store Credit, less shipping charges (if any), within 30 days. We will also do a money back refund of the purchase price less a 10% restock charge. There are no returns on Bullion items but we will buy those back at current buy prices anytime.
Returns/Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Generally, we operate on a good faith policy. Once you have been issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us. A credit cards number may be asked for before issuing a confirmation number. This usually applies to Bullion-related sales. Should you elect to cancel your order, you must do so during normal business hours of 10:00 – 5:00 EST Monday – Friday. All cancellations are subject to our market loss policy plus a $35.00 cancellation fee. You must call us at 786-735-5530 to cancel an order. At that time, if any market loss to us has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 cancellation fee. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of COIN KOLLECTORZ.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from COIN KOLLECTORZ. If you’re not happy with an item received from us, just let us know within 7 days, send the product back in its original packaging when we instruct you to do so, and we’ll send you a refund or exchange the product for one of matching value. This offer even extends to bullion and certified coins though, on such items, the buyer may be required, by COIN KOLLECTORZ, to pay any market loss incurred on returns plus a restocking fee. Any market gain will belong to COIN KOLLECTORZ. If you choose to exchange the item, we reserve the right to either find an acceptable replacement or refund your money.
A standard 5% restocking fee is applied to all returned credit card orders.
